What each metric means

  • Words - total in the preview; primary signal for “how much text” landed.
  • Blocks - how many paragraphs you asked for (each classic block is the same Latin paragraph; custom mode repeats your paste).
  • Characters / lines / read time - length and rough reading minutes at ~200 wpm on the output.
  • Unique words - distinct tokens in the preview (classic mode stays low when the same paragraph repeats).
  • Avg word length - characters per word excluding spaces; quick density hint before you paste into layouts.
